That's the question the female driver will be thumbscrewed about. In this situation, the individual always gets the blame, but the bus company has to share (or own) the responsibility because whilst staff are only human and can make mistakes, more often than not the error comes about through systems failure - or lack of training.
Another factor is the amount of diversion signs around our streets. If I were a visitor to Rochdale and didn't know the road layout, I'd be driving round in bloody circles for hours. |  |

Lady.driver was on her first week unsupervised reportedly.
There's a video on facebook of the immediate aftermath, not nice at all for some passengers, particulary a young man and couple of pensioners.
The lass driver is seen collecting the cash from the floor of her cab while people are getting off the bus, a shock action if ever there was one. As in, she was in shock, not, it is shocking [Post edited 9 Sep 2015 21:44]
