A commitment from all those who ultimately have the power to shape the direction the club goes in to return us to the values / ethos that served us so well for large chunks of the period from the mid-60s to the early 90s
I'd summarise that as living within our means and with an understanding of / respect for the club's heritage, whilst at the same time having a reputation for being a progressive (and often both relatively successful and much admired) club. For younger readers - I guess what Swansea are now. |  |

If we were going back I'd head to the last game of the 92/93 season when we beat Sheffield Wednesday to finish 5th.
Investment that summer and who knows what would have happened to us as a Club?
That summer was the start of the downward spiral although 93/94 was decent enough it masked the lack of investment in the players when we were 2 or 3 players short of making a challenge for the title |  | | |

Expand Loftus Road to 25k-28k capacity but cut ticket prices (don't ask me how much, I haven't created the spreadsheet yet) such that we can significantly increase matchday revenues whilst still attracting new fans.
