Would agree that Red Sherlock was impressive on Saturday.
David Pipes comments were interesting but he is notorious for keeping his cards close to his chest and has been known to change his mind about the favoured option for his horses.
Bearing that in mind its worth noting that Red Sherlock is 7/1 to win with Hills whichever race he runs in at Cheltenham. | | | |

amazing concession with pp..back any horse to win up to ?50 and if your horse finishes 2,3,4 you get your money back...thought long and hard about backing all the fancied runners but it's a long week and don't want to have a mare in the 1st race.
2 05...grandouet 10/1 and valdez 10/1...this looks a really cumpetitive arkle and in my opinion should be 5/1 the field.
2 40...muldoons picnic 33/1 and king massini 20/1.

3 20...baily green 8/1...best each way bet of meeting so far for me...loves this fast ground but rarely gets right conditions...a powerful traveller over this c and d on fast ground.
4 00...big shu...4/1...won last year when strictly speaking too young...conditions right again and a good looking fav.
4 40...ivan grozny is the selection but offers little value in one of the toughest races of the season...may look gain tomorrow morning for perhaps a couple at prices.
5 15...this is the bumper where p w mullins and ruby walsh have won 4/10 bumpers for mullins...walsh is on SHANES HILL but this horse has a real round action and I would think this ground will be too quick...so the bet will be well regarded BLACK HERCULES at around 8/1. | |

1 30...felix yonger is a strong trends pick and has needed this fast ground...unfortuanely a bit short in the betting for me but worthy of consideration in multiples.
2 40..AL FEROF is another strong pick on trends but stable seems luke warm on his chances
3 20...BIG BUCKS is almost an each way chance now and I feel only has ANNIE POWER to beat who may or may not stay this trip at championship pace...although big bucks is long in the tooth now he has been pretty lightly raced and faces ideal conditions.
