Fcuking Daleplayer went off just at the wrong time. It's hopeless quality service. Too many people having trouble with it.

Missed their goal.

Sort it out IT chap;s.

Goes from being a half decent start to the campaign to a fairly poor one in the space of a minute.

Dropped from 7th to 16th

Very early days, but these are the points dropped that will count in the long run too

Was keeping an eye on commentary on the sky sports footy app. "grimes shoots. It goes wide" is what it seemed to say a lot

Seems a tad harsh considering the circumstances! If we had gone down 4 nil tonight then maybe, but not a last minute equaliser.

Days like this one weren't supposed to happen to Rochdale.

Look at it this way. We are unbeaten in the League. The team has done enough to win both the games played, dominated possession in each game. If Grimes knocks one in, he is the type of player, as proved historically, to go on a scoring spree. Glass half full or half empty? Half full of water, half full of air, so brimming. Up the Dale.

Completely agree. Sadly thats football, from listening to the game it sounded as if Donnelly could have had a couple and Grimes seems to be a just lacking that killer instinct that surely a goal will bring.

Points wise yes, performances wise you'll struggle to remember an opening two games when we've played better football.

On chances alone, Chesterfield deserved a point. However, we were the more impressive side.

Thank you. I am full of confidence as the team I coach won our play off final this weekend. We started the season with a Draw, Lose, Draw, record.

Under pressure at the end........why did we not shut up shop, protect what we had, bring on BBM to steady the last few minutes etc etc.....Coley must know Lester's ability for an old man and sure enough up he pops!

Really gutted....should have been better marshalled......when's this next away win coming ,please Mr Coleman?

The away win will come when you least expect it. By all accounts Dale were worth a win tonight and again last Saturday. We have played 2 of the supposed 'promotion favourites' and haven't been embarrassed or outplayed.

Keep the faith. Roll on Saturday.

We shouldve beat barnsley,we shouldve beat northampton,we shouldve beat chesterfield. There's a worrying trend starting. If Coleman was mad after the barnsley game he must be absolutely seething tonight.

Its a BRILLIANT goal to cap a BRILLIANT start by Rochdale - Don Goodman 26/08/10

I reckon Northampton and Chesterfield will be in the mix at season end - I've money on it !

No matter what people think of the Northampton performance on Saturday , they've beaten Rotherham tonight , and Chesterfield are amongst the bookies' favourites . Perhaps we should take heart from an unbeaten start against two very difficult opponents ; I personally would not have been surprised by a 0 or 1 point tally from the first two games . I remain quietly optimistic .

the lack of width is killing us. donnelly and grimes are not wingers. every time they got one on one with the full backs they'd cut inside. we've nobody who can beat a man. more positives than negatives tonight for me. defence and midfield looks solid
