The problem isn't in having a President, the problem is in the laws and the way the President is allowed to bypass them, make them and/or use them for his own devices.
A President shouldn't be allowed to pardon anybody, least of all friends and family. He can nominate people, lets say for argument, but then it's down to an anonymous panel of judges to decide.
Ironic really that mango goes for the moral high ground when Trump had already handied out pardons before Biden.
