Hull is for Heroes match thread on 17:01 - Dec 9 by Tonto | Great win. Such a shame that after winning 3 in a row we are still 3rd from bottom. But there are now so many teams I. Reach next week! Let's keep it going u rrrrsss! |
Imagine how bad it would look if we hadn't won 3 in a row, Mount Everest to climb instead of Box Hill.

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 14:45 - Dec 9 by FredManRave | Ciforcery of the highest order! I'm quietly confident about today becasue I really don't think Hull are as great as some are making out and we are great. I'm going for a 2-0. Chair and Willock to score. |
Hull were a good side, especially during the first half but our play and press throughout the entire game was insane. Cifuentes is a freak of footballing nature.

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 17:05 - Dec 9 by RangersDave | Credit to Armstrong there by getting the ball from the goalkeeper, by his physical presence and speed. |
Agreed. He fought for the ball and forced the goalie into a mistake. Great to see him on the pitch. His size and speed scares the willies out of defenders

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 17:11 - Dec 9 with 2682 views | lassel | In all seriousness, great result obviously and the turnaround in form for Willock and effectiveness for Chair is crazy. The pattern of attacking play is clearly night and day from Ainsworth’s time and it’s great to see that the players he didn’t want anything to do with like EDB, Larkeche, Keenan coming off the bench and not feeling the need to hide behind the sofa. Have to say, we still feel dicey at the back, but maybe that’s my PTSD induced perception after Ainsworth’s time. It was clear though that Hull targeted Paal today and got plenty of joy down that side.

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 17:18 - Dec 9 with 2491 views | HAYESBOY | So happy to see Willock enjoying his football again. He is talking to players on the pitch, shouting encouragement and really involved in all aspects of the match. Whereas before he didn't seem interested due to not playing. That 3 behind a striker of Chair, Willock and Smyth will give teams problems. Clean sheets as well. Hope Marti gives Armstrong a start at some point. Pace is frightening.

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 17:20 - Dec 9 with 2427 views | Malintabuk | Honestly what a difference .... from trudging away from LR beginning of October after having Blackburn handing us our @rse on a plate to this inside 2 months is nothing short of a miracle. Tonight leaving the ground there was an actual buzz again.... not the resignation of us lot thinking we are doomed Great performance from us against a good side....think that is only the 3rd match this season they haven't scored.... helped us though having that winger go off as he was class. Bego great game but MOTM for me was JCS.... he dominated their CF and never gave him a sniff apart from one long range effort. We looked so compact and so organised... again after the shambles in October it's amazing. The press in the 2nd half was fantastic and I think one passage of press got nearly a loud a cheer as the goals For God sake let us not do a QPR for the next 2 very winnable matches.... but all in all MC is some coach... typical as a QPR man... my brother said as we left.... let's hope we can keep him.... as we never get nice things

He really is Marti's right hand man! What a top duo these two are and I am absolutely delighted for them both. You R'sss!

Fair play to Begovic, I am his biggest critic but keep it out of our net for the rest of the season and I may think you are OK. Loved Sinclair beasting the keeper. Up 'em

Hull is for Heroes match thread on 16:36 - Dec 9 by aston_hoop | I'm not his biggest fan but thats been 2 big saves this half and a calm presence claiming high balls. Good on him |
His best game for us. Seems the 'Marti Magic', is rubbing off on the keeper as well.
