Allow the trust a part in negotiations during the sale? Actually have the balls and courtesy to inform the trust of the sale? Allow the trust to meet these investors in person and gauge who they are what their aims are? Move hell and high water to ensure the trust are given enough shares during the sale negotiations to give them adequate say in club affairs going forward? |  |
