Fair and honest.
Nice to hear a manager describing a bad performance as such, instead of saying it was "very very good" or "excellent", and the players "brilliant" and "amazing. |
But why is there that implication that Rochdale won because Lincoln put in their worst performance of the season? As if we had no chance otherwise. Lincoln City were able to play as well as we let them. Lincoln were outfought, outplayed and beaten by a team who are capable of putting in a performance like that against anyone when all the right players are available and played according to their strengths.
If this team can perform like that more regularly, there is less to worry about. |  |
