There aren’t many positives to have come from this virus. However, many people are getting a well needed break from gambling with so much sport being cancelled, including myself.
Has anyone else felt that this break is helping them? With the potential for there to be no sport for such a long time I believe it could really help people get out of the gambling mindset.
Just wanted to see what people think is a good listen, or if anyone has any recommendations to improve the work commute.
The ones I listen to are:
The Sports Bar: Monday-Thursday 10pm-1am. They get some brilliant calls on there. ( Download the talkSPORT app. You get a much clearer signal and can catch up on previous phone ins.

Tonight didn’t sit well with me at all. It wasn’t just that I felt he was a bad referee, it felt as though he was actively trying to make them win the game.
On this topic, can anyone remember any other performances that come close to tonight?
One that springs is Sunderland at home, where Jermaine Defoe managed to score a hat-trick, which all appeared to be offside. Naughton also sent off for a high foot.
Going back a bit further I remember playing Scunthorpe at home in the cup where we had 3 sent off. We then picked up an injury, Besian Idrizaj I believe. He wasn’t allowed to leave the field as we were out of subs and couldn’t play on with 7.
For under 23 games, the rule is that you can have 2 senior players over 23 I believe? Last night, taking away Ayew and Naughton, our average age was 21.5.
As much as we are looking towards youth, there are just no where near enough senior players left. We cannot rely on Naughton and Ayew to guide this team, especially Naughton.
If our under 23’s played against QPR first team, I’d expect to lose heavily. There is a clear lack of patience with a young team who are learning, and have clear potential to go onto be very good players.
Guehi hadn’t played a senior game before he came to us, and he’s getting slated after 3 games, the patience is not there.
This summer is key, where we must look at bringing in experienced championship players, even though they may not look amazing signings.
