Delay the Euros until next summer, finish the domestic leagues this summer, streamline next season’s European and domestic cup competitions (one leg ties, no replays and scrap the League Cup for a season if necessary) so that next season finishes on time. Sorted. |

IMHO, and as much as it grates with me, I think the top three should have automatic promotion with ge bottom three in the Premier coming down.
The same with the other divisions.

The play-offs are a money-making thing anyway, always thought it was unfair that a team could finish 3rd, then be robbed of a promotion place by a team that has sneaked into the play-offs & is invariably many points behind the 3rd placed team

We couldn’t get presented our L1 title due to a Leeds whinging, even though they couldn’t catch us. No way any team any team should be promoted or relegated without full completion of the competition. Hope Leeds go bankrupt as a result, horrible club. |  |

At the time we were a badly run club through poor management, believe me our fans have been through the ringer, up to two years ago it felt like we were looking down a black hole.
Leeds are run much more prudently now not breaking FFP rules unlike some championship clubs, we're playing some lovely football after suffering fourteen years of utter sh*te | | | |

Between the top 2 tiers I remember it 2 up then 3 up and then 2 up plus play off winner.
It would have been easier to accept for the 3rd place team if they miss out if it had gone from 2 up to 2 up plus the play off winner.

Fans of every club except Ipswich, Portsmouth & Salford hate the EFL Trophy with a passion, due to it allowing U23s teams in. The fans boycott games, leaving attendances in the low hundreds.
I guess the EFL Cup gets some hate because some people may see it as a lesser FA Cup. But it's a good tournament, as we know  |  |

Rules at the start should not be changed.
If a team was following on in cricket 400 behind and were 59 for 9 with 2 days left then it rained non stop the game would be abandoned.
Same should apply in football or any other sport. | |
