I will admit, I thought NW had done as much as he could and that Hughes would take us to the next level. How wrong I was. I'd rather have a team of battlers under NW than a what we have now. Look at Norwich and Swansea.....

Saying that, I am not sure if we would have stayed up last season under NW. I dont think we would have won as many big games as we did.

And now we'd be in the Championship with less debts and more committed players than we will have next year when in all likelihood, we will find ourselves........... in the Championship.

‘morbid curiosity about where this is all going’

What about a bit of imagination and savvy in the appointment of a new manager?

For example, Swansea appointed Laudrup because they saw that he fit the style of the players they had at their disposal and had a record in Spain for overachieving with smaller teams.

It's a risk and it might not work out, but seems ok so far.

We should look at our players and predicament find a Manager to fit?

I think Arry or Rafa would do a better job thatn Hughes, but i couldn't bring myself to be excited about either appointment.

Frank Rijkaard - Saudi coach. Surely we are more attractive than Saudi? The Bush is just like Dubai....

Poll: Are we staying up?

Look, I am an old and careworn Rangers fan, but I can't recall there being any better options around at the time. Or were there?

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

Are we rapidly reaching the point were MH has realises that QPR can't match his ambitions....?
