Worth checking what her maximum hours are as it will probably even out over time. Is she required to be flexible with some 50+ hour weeks?

Any hours she works over 37.5 are paid as overtime

You're asking "how much will she be paid?" for the NHS

The simple answer is "not a bloody nuff"

The system is shocking, shot to pieces and failing.
But 99% of the people working in it and committed to it are bloody heroes (with or without COVID) and should be rewarded appropriately

I wish your daughter luck and hope this all works out

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Looks like it's a standard NHS contract, so I imagine she's paid for 37.5 hrs over 4 weeks, plus any overtime.
