Swansea City v Hull City : Matchday Thread 2021/22 *SATURDAY UPDATE on 00:16 - Sep 13 by Dr_Parnassus | It isn’t incorrect, history tells us that not a single successful Swans manager in the last quarter of a century has needed months and months to put decent results on the board. It’s not an opinion, it’s a fact. You don’t have to read what I write at all. You can have some self restraint or indeed just read the posts from people you think aren’t going to say the truth in order to play into the fantasy being created. You can help yourself. |
It is incorrect as there are many excuses. 2 nights on the trot, where you have typed incorrect info and stand by it. It is laughable. 10 mins and I am off to bed. I only point out the mistakes you regularly make in case someone gullible actually believes your made up nonsense.

There aren’t genuine excuses, there are irrelevant ones, but that’s not the angle I’m going for. I’m all about reality, not fantasy. There are excuses for someone deciding to murder an innocent person too. However in reality there is no excuse and they would rightly face lengthy jail time. That’s two nights (days) on the trot you have not understood what was written and instead pretended that was someone else’s fault. Trolls get nowhere with me. I assure you. I have understood what was written. It is yet again there for all to read, you have got it wrong again. Worrying trend from you. I know many others have claimed it in the past but found it hard to pinpoint it, but the last 2 nights you have made it too easy. Blatantly writing incorrect information and when pointed out to you, you can't admit you got it wrong. It's all there. Have a read. You try and reward what you originally wrote to correct yourself. Stand by your original words and explain them. Goodnight. If you continue to type falsehoods I will pick you up on them, but will keep it shorter as you really aren't worth the time.

Nothing wrong about it at all. It’s all there for anyone with half a brain cell to read. You just have a basic lack of understanding of the simplest of statements and instead blame others for your short comings. Go to bed, you are embarrassing yourself again.

Swansea City v Hull City : Matchday Thread 2021/22 *SATURDAY UPDATE on 11:20 - Sep 12 by Dr_Parnassus | A penalty or a free kick being the source of goals was one of the main concerns for people in the past. The first one was a penalty in my opinion, the second one wasn’t, defender just stood there as he is entitled to do. I think people are expecting us to have some sort of incisive attacks with 70% of the ball. To have 70% of the ball and look back at the game and point to a penalty shout and a free kick as the most likely source of a goal - then I think people will rightly raise some concerns. |
Plus 3 other shots on target, along with several blocked shots.

Swansea City v Hull City : Matchday Thread 2021/22 *SATURDAY UPDATE on 11:31 - Sep 12 by Dr_Parnassus | Correct. When I used to live in the country, if the game I was at was televised, then I would ensure I recorded it to probably watch it again, knowing I would likely miss a fair bit while at the game for a variety of reasons. I always remember leaving the vetch swearing that Martin Thomas’ goal against West Ham was deflected. When I watched it back it was clear that it was incredible swerve. I don’t think I have ever needed to rewatch a game I have watched on the telly though… except to prove to someone who was there that what they thought happened - didn’t. |
You rewatch whole games to simply prove to other people on here that you are right? Hahahahahahaaaa. What a sad existence.

Oh you are back, you must have thought you stumbled on a topic where you won't be found out. Interesting. Most likely source of goal I said. A blocked shot is not a likely source of a goal. Next...

I re-watch whole games because I am a student of the game and do it because I enjoy watching football, some people watch Emmerdale. I still have full games from 10-15 years ago on DVD somewhere. I am often the source of ''settle this argument for me'' between my mates because they know I will likely have the footage... hence I know my stuff and don't have to make up what others say to give myself an angle. Glad I could help.

Good attempt haha. You rewatch whole games on the telly, so you can prove people wrong on an internet forum from the other side of the world That's what you just said. Then you try and crawl out of it by saying you have mates hahahaha. And apparently, those mates you reckon you have, come to you and ask you to settle arguments they are having about something they saw in a Swans game 15 years ago, as you are THE MAN! (the man with the footage and who "knows his stuff")

No, that isn't what I just said, that is (as usual) what you decided to read. Who said people come to me to settle bets from 15 years ago? You are reading your own version again. I said nothing of the sort (yep, nothing remotely similar). I am afraid no amount of feeling masking smileys will dig you out of the hole you are digging once again. You are going to have to pretend to be bored again and bail I think....

I read it, an interesting perspective. I have put my views down already regarding our current situation. They are well written too, have a read, I am sure you will be clenching your teeth desperate to find your next sentence to change completely and then pretend I said...

If everyone is saying something, don't you think it might be true? Boring and monotonous is probably what "they all say". Patronising, pathetic, immature and narcissistic I would like to add. Thick and snowflake are simply alleged, for now.

Not everyone is saying it, that is your comprehension trouble again. Those that dig themselves a hole. The vast majority of posters seem fairly sensible, but there is a troll cartel on here that constantly dig themselves into holes and then claim boredom and cut and run before they have to prove the nonsense they spout. You may well be in the starting XI, see how your form continues... [Post edited 14 Sep 2021 11:58]
