Saw this film last night in IMax. Absolutely brilliant, if anyone thinks war is glamour ous have a look at this, the British version of Saving Private Ryan almost.

SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT Very good film, saw it in Javea last week (with Spanish sub titles!). I thought from the media publicity that the two lads were together throughout the film, so it was a bit of a shock when laddo got killed half way through. This scene was problematic for me too. Didn't quite ring true. Not impossible, of course, but if you were a pilot who had crash landed in flames and two enemy soldiers risked their lives to drag you out of the burning plane, then were putting your flaming clothes out and generally trying to help you (and were both armed), would you pull a knife out and fatally stab one of them? As I said, not impossible, but unlikely.
