I've got same problem even though the email sent by the Club on 17 Dec just said must purchase prior to match. Prices come up as full even though logged on as a season ticket holder. The email said you could phone "08444 777 007 and select option 2" though this is a premium rate number. Why do we bother? | | | |

I've logged on OK, been right through and only comes up with full price choices. | |

I just checked - log on as usual. Choose your seat(s) then there is a drop down menu that still includes the £10 Friends and Family deal.
PS The offer is for ST holders only as I understand [Post edited 27 Dec 2019 23:38]

My non season tkt mate did the same so I called the next day and they said “ get your mate to call back with my ref number and they will refund the difference”
He did and they did so we now have an extra £50 of quid in the beer pot for tomorrow  |  | | |
