I'm going and hoping for a decent turn out. Its a great cause and a chance to thank Joe for THAT goal. Also we get to give Jonah the send off we never had a chance to give him.

Genuinely can't wait for this.
Be great to see so many ex players. Gary Jones is a massive one because as you say, he didn't get the exit he deserved at Rochdale and we also get to see a host of ex Dale players turn out one more time.
A big thing for me as well is Keith Hill being the manager of the Dale side. He absolutely should be and he should absolutely nothing but a tremendous reception for everything he's done for us.
My little lad loves Joey T and we can't wait for this game.
If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor

Been a great day for a good cause! A few of them have still got it ðŸ‘. Great strikes from Jonah and Higginbotham.
Also how many youth team keepers have we developed that are still going in the lower leagues! Two on show today and think Diba is playing. It's a shame none have become EFL keepers bit success stories none the less. Most players don't make it at all.
It was great to see so many smiling faces at a match were nothing was at stake and it was all a bit of fun for a good cause....even Kevin Ellison, the panto villan, got involved with a bit of banter from the crowd.
Jonah as good as ever and seems to go a bit less sideways?

Enjoyed the game it was mixed emotions, nice to see the former players but sad to think it’s the last time we will see them. Great goals from Higgy and Johan, thanks for the memories guys

That was never a penalty that Jack took, and where the fook did he take it from? Morgan and Northover conned the ref and ruined the whole day.
Fair play to everyone who turned out. Not into reality TV but they seemed to engage with everyone and The Crown Oil Arena is a far cry from Old Trafford and free to air TV.
Jones and Higginbotham both looked good and took their goals well.

Him off of the Matalan advert on telly was very polite and obliging to anyone who wanted a photo or autograph after the game.
It was a very emotional day at times. Jonah looked to really pumped up for it and his goal was a screamer. Class is permanent though and Lescott and Steven Reid oozed it. So comfortable on the ball albeit in a non-competitive friendly. Higgy also looks a more complete footballer than he ever was; worth a contract when he comes back from India?

There is every chance he will return to play in Scotland, as that's where his wife and kids are based. They haven't gone out to Kashmir with him and he's promised them he'll only be gone for a year.
