Was having a look at the two big races last night. I like to back horses that look as if they act on this particular track or similar tracks, so I've gone for Salouen in the Coronation Cup.
The Oaks looks a lottery - I'm doing a few e/w - Anapurna, Peach Tree, Tarnawa and Fleeting. If my life depended on it I'd go Anapurna.
The Derby tomorrow is O'Brien v The Rest of the World. Would be good to see Bangkok win for Kingpower. The bloke who died in the helicopter crash had started buying a few horses and he decided to do it through Andrew Balding. This turned out to be a blinding good choice as the horses have been running out of their skins. It's a shame that he's not around to see the Derby - would be good to see Bangkok win though.
