I remember that match only too well.
2 police officers took me out of the ground for a quiet word!!
If you watch Chris Armstrong after he scores he runs across in front of Lower Loft where I was standing right at the front. He swore at the crowd, can't remember what he said but something along the lines of "take that you f**king w**kers"
I swore back at him, very loudly and I guess my swearing was a lot more prolonged than others around me because a couple of coppers came and escorted me out. I was only a about 20 back then so they gave me a bit of a telling off, asked me lots of questions about where I lived / how much I had been drinking / who I'd gone to the match with etc.
Eventually they let me back in to watch the last few minutes which they obviously thought was a suitable punishment.
I did an article about it in AKUTRs at the time for which the headline (The Eagle Has Slandered) was much better than the actual article.
