Horrendous scenes in Las Vegas. The videos make me feel sick, the amount of rounds being fired there is going to be a serious amount of casualties I think.
Terrible world we now live in.

Disappointing Lisa. Disappointing.
If you think about it jackfath, what's actually disappointing is the number of people both here and elsewhere whose first thought is gaining political capital out of the deaths of 59 people without referencing their dismay at events.
Not someone who has expressed their sorrow previously making a light hearted remark to a fellow poster. I disagree with Tummer on most things political. Possibly all things political. But attempting to stir the pot about whether or not his partner owns a gun or wants to own a gun is unfair after the events of the past few days. Hence me lightening the mood on that aspect of the thread.
I'm sorry if you find that inappropriate.

Humour isn't needed here Lisa.
I disagree.
The same things are discussed here, as they are elsewhere, every time an atrocity such as this happens. Yet nothing changes in America.
The only response is laughable incredulity.
Ever since my son was... never conceived, because I've never had consensual sex without money involved... I've always kind of looked at you as... a thing, that I could live next to... in accordance with state laws.

He wasn't the day he ripped me off that's for sure.
But you made a statement to us all in a previous thread that Perchie had never ripped you off? Now you're saying he has? If he has then you need to tell us what happened so no other poster gets caught out by one of Perchies 'stings'!

Humour isn't needed here Lisa.
Nor petty squabbles Darran.
And actually the reality is you have to carry on. If we all stopped to truly consider the atrocious state of humanity we'd all give up. I imagine most of us will have watched something on TV or a film in the past couple of days that involve guns. Glorifying them in many cases. Certainly not making anyone aware of the horror that the events in Vegas show us is the reality of their use. Have you stopped watching any of that as it's not appropriate?

There's no petty squabbling from me in this thread. Anyway I'm not saying anymore.

No worries here. I thought it was funny and harmless.
And I doubt we disagree much about the political issue of guns, as I've tried to make as clear as possible.

You don't need a gun to kill for your tea hump.
That s my point
No you don't need a gun to eat Perch. But you can use one if you like. I see nothing wrong with that. People do it all over the world including the UK.
SC kills an animal which has led a natural life, cleans and eats it.
We go to Lidl, buy our packet of dead animal that led a short, unnatural and likely unpleasant life which somone has killed and processed for us.
If find SCs approach rather more honest and ethical than ours to be honest.

FYI, in the interest of good taste I'm not going to post it, but @realalexjones has a VERY graphic picture of the dead shooter on twitter.
Seen it, surely it's fake? If not, i hope he got a massive discount on that room, because the carpet is minging! Looks like some cheap motel for $20 dollars a night (towels extra).

It did look crap. His vibrant red brains over it didn't though.

I doubted it too, but this tweet of the gun from a separate source has the same carpet.
Mandalay Bay looks fairly nice on the outside, but on the inside it's pretty crappy. Much like a lot of the hotels on the Strip - Excalibur, MGM, Stratosphere, etc.
