The cut off date for voting rights? 20:41 - Jul 4 with 2846 views | Valerie | Sorry if this has already been discussed. I hope the cut off date has well passed for voting rights regarding legal action against the sale of the club. And can a board member confirm when this date was. We would not like the sellout scum or for that matter genuine fans who want legal action buying votes would we? [Post edited 4 Jul 2017 20:44]

Well seeing the poll on here was an overwhelming ''take legal action '' then got pulled by the OP for alleged vote fixing after a mysterious swing the other way in a very short time ,any things possible

Aye but non Trust members can vote on here whereas they won't be able to in the real thing. I hope you're not insinuating that the Trust board will fiddle the results?

The cut off date for voting rights? on 21:54 - Jul 4 with 2717 views | Valerie | So when was the cut off point for voting rights? And who will be counting and over seeing legality of each vote cast? Obviously someone totally independent will be checking these things since no one who's expressed a view be it for the sellouts or genuine fans for legal action would want to be left open to any accusations would they? The cut off date for voting rights? on 13:57 - Jul 5 with 2425 views | Glyn1 | So put the question back up. "Do you agree with sell-out scum like Valerie that we should go to court - win the case - and therefore be forced to sell ALL of the trust's shares to the Americans, OR, should we not do that?" Don't forget that going to court means that the trust can then put another £300 million a week into the NHS, but don't let that influence your decision.

To part 1. If we were guaranteed to win the case it would probably be a different a different mindset to "have a good case". Part 2. You are talking crap.
