FA sends out proposals to reduce the number of non-EU players 12:50 - Sep 17 with 3782 viewswillis1980

What do people make of this? The sentiment seems to be right, however, from what I understand this ruling will probably not affect the premier league teams. Isnt the this likely to set up the leagues below the PL as a feeder system and widen the gap between the smaller clubs and the big ones.
