The man who put the "Dirty" back into Leeds is set to stay! Thursday, 19th Jul 2012 19:50 by Mark Monk Michael Brown is set to stay on at Leeds after Neil Warnock revealed he believes Brown will sign the one-year contract on offer to him. Leeds were quick to point out the extension was on vastly reduced terms And Brown returned to pre season training without signing it, however Warnock clearly wants the 35-year-old who served him do magnificently at Sheffield United Oman board for the new season. In and out of the side under Grayson, Brown became a more regular feature under Warnock and his contribution to the side, as well as a wonder strike against Forest in that 7-3 defeat was breaking the ankle of Jem Karacan at Reading and getting sent off against Derby. He managed a healthy 26 appearances for Leeds last season and let's hope he has been retained as cover for Rodolph Austin, who is set to sign next week. Meanwhile it has been confirmed Aidy White has held talks with Derby, but his preference is to agree a new deal at Leeds.
