Is something stirring at W12 08:25 - Mar 7 with 1935 views | Jevlar | Woke up this morning going through usual morning routine, but my brain keeps overplaying the game in my head. Like a really good movie, you keep thinking about it the day after. That match had everything, bar a deserved winner for us. If I cast my mind back 6 months, never would I have thought we’d 1) still be in the fight 2) and actually starting to look like we might have something going. Credit to Martí and his team, there are signs of life in W12!

Best I've seen us play for a good two or three years at least. Absolute night and day compared to the Bournemouth cup game when I was last at LR. Kudos to the manager, coaching staff and players for turning it around (oh and I suppose the January signings helped a bit too...). I know we're not out of the woods yet but surely keeping up that kind of performance the rest of the season, we can avoid relegation?

Is something stirring at W12 on 13:14 - Mar 7 with 1305 views | mart_Goblin | So much work still to do . Lose a couple of games and we not only be in trouble but we’ll be adrift but I can’t get that game out of my head either. Playing it over and over . Also got a strange feeling inside which I think is pride in our club and team after last night. Always proud to be a QPR fan no matter what but not had much pride IN our team and club recently. Last night felt different didn’t it . The wonderful tribute to Stan ( although I bet he was chuckling to himself when the PA went up the swanny right on cue) and the atmosphere and performance that followed. It felt like better days of yesteryear and long may that continue . It feels unthinkable that we could go down after playing like that…but it isn’t . So much hard work to do but my god this manager has us on the right track at last [Post edited 7 Mar 13:15]

The squad also has somewhat unexpected depth to it with the mixture of shrewd ins and outs in Jan and the uptick in form from many players - which isn’t coincidental btw, it’s directly linked to the coaching staff. Yesterday’s game felt like one for the ages. Despite how we’ve been doing recently I was genuinely surprised to see us absolutely batter a playoff team on a good run of form themselves. Absolutely gutting not to win as we played so well and with such heart - but some days it just doesn’t go your way, and they finished two moves with quality which can happen with a good team/players. As ever - can we back it up with more performances like this, especially at home? I hope that performance gives them the confidence to do it. Don’t think Boro or Birmingham next up at home will be easy. We have to be every bit as good if we’re going to win those games. But for the first time in ages, I’d back us to do it.
