Should have stuck with Selles, the players liked him he played a reasonable attractive attacking style of football. A year in the championship honing his skills and tree and I think he could have done a good job.
RM ? I'm not so sure , he has a lot to learn about entertainment imo

I'm sorry nick but kwp and Manning have been at fault for so many goals it's just blindingly obvious.
Kwp has no grounding or understanding of his position, he may be a good attacking full back ( although there isn't any evidence to suggest that , he can't cross and can't beat his man ) but even a junior player should learn that you keep your eyes open and react if things go wrong ! If you're pushing forward and letting opposition players walk into place behind you , you should have enough awareness to keep your eyes on the danger. As soon as his piece of play is finished or lost he should be on his bike , getting back to fullback position. But he doesn't, he waits , and waits only then does he react and start jogging back to defence all the while hoping that someone else will do his job. How many shots at goal from our right back position where kwp still isn't in the final third ? And if he does get back he's then always behind the advancing attacker never stopping them getting into the box . |

Sorry I didn't realise kwp job was as an attacking wing outlet !
People used to attack Cedric for exactly the same failing that kwp has ,
He can't defend ! His positioning is woeful, he is great at getting forward and as an outlet ball it's just a shame he cannot defend a ball to the far post ( from left to right ) he is always late "behind" his man , did you not see Sargent move to the far post for an unmarked header , that was kwp's real job ! Did you not see Sara move out past Smallbone and Bednarak step back , kwp didn't move into Sara he moved away from Sara ( granted it was a great shot from the edge of the area , but he was under zero pressure from our CB and FB ) . So that was two goals lost but no he gets forward really well.
Why do you think a relatively unknown 18 year old replaced him straight away in the first team ? We looked so much better with tino , because he could get forward but he also could defend.
But as I put in my first post , just my opinion, but read some of the other posts , kwp can't defend is a common thread. |

IMO a lot of our defensive woes come from our full backs ,
KWP just cannot defend and Manning was very poor. Whenever a cross goes deep from the left kwp is always behind his man putting zero pressure on the player.
Obviously early days but we need , hopefully Bree to step up and push kwp or get someone else in . Peruad to me looks a better player than Manning at present, but Manning has more league experience so maybe just needs to fit in with his weak wing cover. Our young wingers do need to learn quickly to back up their full backs when defending.
We know our CB need to get better together and build their confidence, this will make them better players but will the confidence build when they make mistakes and cost us goals ?
On a plus note , we've got four points after a dreadful relegation season so that is a positive start. |

When we only have two players who can remotely be classed as crossers of the ball, one plays centrally (JWP) and the other only played 700 min ( 7.8 games ) djenepo .
Then a player who relies on quick accurate crosses doesn't stand a chance.
( and yes those two are the only saints players with crossing stats over 30% , the rest of the squad are under 15% for crossing )
Maybe that is something our new coaches should work on ? A squad of 30 that can't cross a ball between them , shocking ! |

You don't win games if you don't try to win games !
We've played teams that we should have won, but we haven't really competed , first half we had 28% possession, in a game we had to win !!
The most we've had has been 5 shots on target in games we have to win !
We are not the plucky Luton playing against all the big premier league teams ,
we have been playing teams we can and most beat ? It may be fine playing like that actually against the big six teams but against the clubs we must beat ? This is folly imo
Has anyone else noticed that Saints ( since we've been back in the premier league) play thier best games when we are on the front foot and trying to take teams on ?
NJ switched to 5 at the back again at the start of the 2nd half and we lost , we don't win with 5 at the back , we need a midfield to stop the opponent's attack not wait till the defence and keeper have to react. We are not good/confident enough to do that at present .
But this is just my opinion. :-) |

It is also true that many crackpot theories are just that, but then who would believe that the guardian had to write a story about the government mishandling data captured during the pandemic.
And who would believe that Human Rights Watch published its findings in May, which said that 89% of technologies used for remote learning harvested the learning, location, and personal data of students, most of these apps, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Minecraft Education remained in use even after Covid measures were lifted and are still being used to harvest data.“We are living in an economy where data is one of the most valuable resources any institutional entity can actually capture,”

The difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth is just time.
Obviously not all conspiracy theories are true but it is amazing how many crazy theories later quietly get sneaked out as real !

I am appalled and infuriated in equal measure.
I find the police actions in this case beyond fit and proper, wasting time and resources on an entrapment sting on someone who clearly has metal health issues.
Surely a community care team would have been a far more appropriate response?
Personally I'm in the camp where I believe saints can finish mid table !

It then got copied to North East media outlet,
It then became a verified story !
Sports Republic entered talks with saints way before 4th Jan 2022 ! ( end of September'21)
When exclusive talks are entered you can't asset strip ( in this case sell players , all major deals are suspended)
At this time when sports Republic are in talks with saints, Newcastle's takeover hadn't completed Oct 2021 , they then appoint a manager 8th November '21
But before any of this happened they had already agreed a Ă‚ÂŁ40m transfer of a player
