Leicester City helicopter crash on 10:31 - Nov 1 with 1684 views | hammy | This is a human tragedy indeed and RIP all concerned. Probably too early for some, but something doesn't sit right with me when I see these "self-made" billionaires ploughing their millions into a foreign city / sporting team. Seems he grew his business without competition via a personal relationship with the Thai PM and there have been some recent issues with corruption allegations. Fair enough, these things happen in business, but my biggest gripe is why he didn't donate his millions to his own country, where he was allowed to accumulate his vast wealth. Thailand is hardly one of the richest countries in the world and could have seriously benefited from the several £100Ms that's been "invested" into a UK football club. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_Power https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/jul/12/leicester-owner-king-power-accu

Leicester City helicopter crash on 18:31 - Oct 31 by ItchySphincter | Landing an Air Ambulance at a hospital has nothing in common with landing a helicopter in a football stadium. Any news on the rumour earlier in the week that a police drone was involved? [Post edited 31 Oct 2018 18:34]

On Twitter , the Leicestershire Police Events account said: "We do deploy a drone for public safety purposes on some match days. "However, we have confirmed that the drone was not in flight at the time the helicopter left the stadium on Saturday evening." https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/police-insist-leicester-helicopter-
