Bought this football club through Silver Shield Group, revitalised club gaining promotion and gaining plannning permission for new stadia at Morfa, now built and called Liberty Stadium

This was a great read this morning and brilliant to hear from Murph as well as part of the disussions

I am more than happy to host any of the Swanmail messages on here if there are some good ones - would make a great read and memory jerker for many of us I am sure and also show some of the newer fans exactly what went on back in the day

If anyone wants to share highights with me via email there is loads of bandwidth that I am happy to use up for others to read?

I spent a few years away round that time abroad so would welcome an insight.

My email archiving has gone a bit sketchy around the Petty era, so I only get digests for particular days but not everyday throughout. When I get a quiet moment, I'll dig them out and send them over.

Brilliant stuff - I think some of the 'highlights' would be a good ready for many

No rush (any time in the next few hours will be fine!!)

Mind you I shall mostly be sat on my ample backside watching the golf for the next three days

As written above the Swanmail stuff is in raw Outlook and even older Netscape inbox files which contain all sorts of e-mail from the era. This includes private e-mail I received so these would have to be stripped by me. Let me look into it over the next week or so and I'll get back to you then. Agree that some of it is fascinating...........
