wow took some crap today whilst sitting with my 10 yr old daughter watching the game online. i am online watching rather than being there because after working for 31 yrs 3 months ago found myself unemployed because of this crap recession and can no longer afford to go. whilst on messageboard today and watching the game someone made a comment ie:how crap we were first half i agreed and said it is managers fault when you see faurlin sitting on the bench i would have thought that was understandable comment to make with this i then recieved a barrage of abuse f-in c@nt etc with my daughter sitting next to me. it is unbelievable that people cannot disagree in a polite civilized manner i used to like that site but thankfully use this one as much and will probably more so in the future. |

last season we had the 2 idiots in charge withholding funds so nw could not buy any quality players . they poisoned the club and almost destroyed all the good work that had been done getting us up. all basically laying the foundations for our struggle to survive, it is those 2 idiots (flavio and eccles) for me that was to blame for our struggles. now we have one guy leading us to turmoil currently ( mr. barton) i have been an admirer for quite some time because of his will to survive against all the odds. not the most ideal of upbringing family members in and out of trouble, i am aware of these issues as it is a part of the job i do ,helping underprivileged people, people in trouble etc and believe me it is more difficult than at first glance to leave that kind of problem behind. trouble does and will always follow you around, but add to this mental health issues which i currently believe is also an issue then i feel the steps taken by the past management of making him a captain in order to secure his signature was although a brave decision at the same time a ridiculous one. lets face it you would not give charles manson a role as head chef in the kitchen. if you have mental health issues which he obviously has the last thing he should be given is a captains role which in truth i believe he took very seriously and his overall behaviour had improved in fairness as opposed to his past . but the pressure of such a role is impossible for such a person without somewhere down the line it all exploding . such a person will take it all to heart. i have a partner with mental health issues and the similarities are that attention is craved whether it be good or bad. this is obvious in barton with his constant tweeting. lashing out although he has kept this pretty much under control for someone with such responsability. i am not and never will condone the behaviour he has shown especially recently but in my opinion he should take 12-18 months away from football be given specialist help , given medication to help his anxiety and mood issues and then see where it goes from there. in my opinion he is not to blame for what he is or where he has now ended up. the blame for me stops with the past management for heaping unnecessary responsibility on someone incapable of handling it. i just hope his name does not spell trouble for the start of our new season to come. |

i dont know about anyone else but if we were fulham we would not have much to look forward to another season of mid table win nothing mediocre. brentford still trying to survive and get up to where the neighbours are. chelsea used to be kings of england but now granted won the champions league but in the end they won it for most of the match in their own half with the barricades up and the same in the semi and the final the best sides had already gone out. abramovich is reluctant to part with the cash like he used to and their players are past it or near to past it. where as we are in the future just as in the past in for much excitement and currently in the position to compete with the top sides in the finance league. we have passionate owners who really are building a great future . a top manager and as with everyone he will not be everyones cup of tea he is a former international manager and highly rated within the management circle but more importantly amongst many players which will stand us in good stead when it comes to signing players on. hence the likes if cisse , diakite , taiwo since he has come in. the future is looking better than ever before and unlike in the past when we were a selling club the great thing is we are not anymore. |
| Forum Thread | where are the points coming from at 20:35 6 Feb 2012
Hi folks. Good to be here and this is my predictions would any of yours be the same. blackburn = 3 pts fulham 3 pts everton 3 pts bolton 1pt liverpool 1 pt sunderland 1 pt arsenal 1 pt man u 0 pt swansea 3 pt west brom 0 pt spurs 1 pt chelsea 0 pt stoke 3 pt man city 0 pt I believe we will get 20 more points that is my belief and that should be enough. time will tell but these are possible points judged on the other sides performances so far no team from mid downward has been consistent and i am certain we will hit form any time now. well hopefully. |
