What's the story with Koli, keep hearing the word exiled? What's happening with him? |
| Forum Thread | Marti's trousers at 16:28 18 Aug 2024
I've been worried about our esteemed managers trousers for quite some time. Last season it seemed at times he was wearing his wife's pants or something, too tight, too small, all wrong. Yesterday I was at first relieved to see they looked better, a standard chino. Then looking at the extended highlights, they had a drawstring waist. I love the man, but surely that it is not acceptable. Am I the only one concerned about this? |

Have I missed out on Luton away tickets? Have they been and gone or are they just leaving it very late? |
| Forum Thread | Luton away. at 15:40 5 Aug 2024
My job means I cannot make 12.30 Saturday kick off. So despite having a season ticket for 30 years first game I can make is Luton away. Any idea when tickets go on sale? |

Do we want Leeds to lose because they are Leeds, or win so that we can get rid of them? [Post edited 26 May 14:59]

| Forum Thread | The JD effect at 16:36 27 Apr 2024
When trying to analyse the reasons we turned this season around, it is important not to underestimate the Jimmy Dunne effect. Of course appointing MC was the true catalyst, and it must have been his choice to transform our struggling, sluggish, error prone centre half into a joyously rampaging full back. But the way that Jimmy responded to that was incredible and invaluable. His spirit, his drive, his fearless, skilful runs and of course That Goal, have been transformational. Even on the bad days he never gave in, and he seemed to raise the spirits of fans and fellow players alike. Just seeing the big man giving everything was to believe that we could and would be better, and he might be my personal player of the year. Love that man. |

Am I right in thinking that Adam Crozier, currently in the news for the post office scandal, insisted that we should have points deducted over the Alejandro Faurlin affair? [Post edited 12 Apr 15:25]

| Forum Thread | Wrong way round at 15:42 7 Apr 2024
I was disturbed from the very off yesterday when Wednesday turned us around and made us kick the wrong way. Does anybody have the stats on how well or badly we do when we go the opposite way. It didn't feel right and we certainly did not play right. |
| Forum Thread | Ebere or Adel? at 13:41 25 Nov 2023
If you could have either one of those two back in the hoops at their absolute prime, which one would you opt for? Adel's wayward, stroppy, sulking genius or Ebere's smooth, floating grace and perfect attitude? |

What year was the Leeds away game where we picked up a goalkeeper en route? And who was he? It was under Holloway and I went, seem to remember we lost. |
| Forum Thread | Fulham Chelsea at 19:49 2 Oct 2023
Am I allowed to want Fulham to win tonight? Obviously I would rather both lost, lots of red cards, much misery, but Chelsea's plight is my only joy at this sad time for our club. My hatred of the boys in blue outstrips any vague annoyance at Fulham being above us. |
| Forum Thread | Is this a Birmingham away match thread? at 13:48 22 Sep 2023
Is nobody going to start one? Does that mean this is one? If so I reckon another draw, another goal for Dykes, possibly a pen. Have I got the protocol correct I've never done this before? Should I mention it's Birmingham away? [Post edited 22 Sep 2023 13:49]

Last nights spontaneous attempt by the sprinklers to stop the torment was funny, but not as good as the squirrel which once led everybody a merry dance. Can you remember any of other unlikely disruptors in games at HQ? |
| Forum Thread | Soul at 19:09 20 Aug 2023
Finney just tweeted about QPR yesterday having soul, and I know what he means and I know it matters to me. One of my favourite teams of recent years was the Cook, Gallen Bircham side which won promotion. It wasn't just the fact that they were all QPR supporters, that whole team seemed to encapsulate a certain spirit, eccentric, wayward but real, hearts on sleeves, our cave and all that. Is there just a possibility that Gareth can replicate that with the likes of Smyth, Armstrong, Field, Dunne, Chair and some of the youngsters coming through. We don't ask for much, but the bland, mercenaries who have worn the hoops in recent times have largely left me cold. Could the soul be coming back? |
| Forum Thread | Subs at 20:00 5 Aug 2023
Still fuming even three pints in, back in civilisation. What was Ainsworth doing with those two substitutions in the 94th minute? It made us a look like a school team who just want to give everyone a run-out. It was embarrassing and also baffling. What was he trying to achieve? Was there any logic? |
| Forum Thread | Defence at 19:37 5 Aug 2023
First half was the worst defensive performance I have ever seen in 55 years of following this mob. I honestly think that a centre back pairing of Gus Caesar and Zesh Rehman would have been better than those two. How can you be that bad at your job? Having said that, both fullbacks were diabolical, poor Kakay might have had the worst afternoon in a Rangers shirt that I've ever seen. Who do we blame? Is it the manager or the youth team coaches? Who should I be furious with? |
