As much as I admire Harry and the current set up and I mean that. Will they develop the new managers to come in.
The potential is joey B and a Clint Hill management team but rarely have players succeeded in management in the top flight, especially straight away. Am I wrong!
We have exciting plans for a new training ground and stadium, lots of money being spent on building a cement structure but surely we need to start thinking about the personnel structure.
TF preaches consistency as he builds for the future. Who do we have for that. The potential is exciting for a hungry manager who wants to build and make a real name for himself.
Paul Clement would be a man I would trying to get in ? Knows how a club works from Academy level and is a class act.
I know its early days but if Harry and his team last more than another season I will be surprised.
Dóllar is on the verge of collapse, things look bleak for the US. Every country that General Wesley in 2007 said they would attack is being attacked, going back to 2001. They are all countries that do not want to sell oil under the Dollar or support this.
Iran will be next, if they don't join forces with Syria already. The end game will be a world War. A War not on the ground but in the air and guerrilla like, that will have an impact on us the likes of which this generation has never seen. Iraq now support Irán , so that one really worked.
The US will want a new world order and currency. It seems that is there plan for survival.
If we win at the weekend and other results go our way, attitudes will change again.
I understand resigning yourself to the fact we are going down, it´s easier to accept and get on with it instead of prolonging the misery but seriously a win and some luck can change everything.
Its unlikely we will stay up but the fight is not over.
Wether the team feel the same and will fight for every scrap is another matter, I hope they give it there all against a team struggling.
Only positives please. Remy's back, so at least we have stronger striking options for the run in. Samba really does scare defences and adds a real danger in crosses and free kicks ( i can at least see a couple of goals coming from him). Hoillet also back and given a run out. Zamora played 60 minutes! Townsend was decent. If we go down, we need to try and get him for a season loan at least. Traore played better than average. We have a few on the bench, that are decent back ups for defence, at least. Especially when Fabio is back. When was the last time we could say that. No Derry or Diakite so they should be back in the team or bench. Could see HR was using the game to try out a few things for the last 11 games. Not much else, apart from we were not stuffed.
Expect a real attacking formation against Southampton. 3-2 Win
We more or less know whats wrong with the team but thats not going to be sorted this season. All we can do is back em and praise all the good they can do.
