I dont think she does. After you said that i watched it back and the first few times it does seem that she kicks her leg out but her leg only kicks out as she's swung round after being pushed.
The bit that makes me think he's guity is at first he's running central to the path but at the point of contact so to speak he's moved across into the womans path.
Its a bit weird but its possible that those two have crossed paths before on the bridge while he's out jogging and she's off to work. Im just speculating of course. |  |
