£13M loss the previous season that makes £31M over 2 seasons. I believe we are allowed £13M a season if the owners invest or £5M if they don't over 3 years for FFP. Please someone correct me if this is wrong.

So next year's figures should be better. But it must include the charge against the club the previous summer, however much that is for.

Clubs are allowed to add back money spent on both Youth & Women’s football plus any non-cash stuff like depreciation/amortisation before the P&S calculation is done.

Has anyone factored in the £4million loss we are going to make on Yates and Miko?

That will be in next years figures. The club simply has to rejuvenate. There are far too many ordinary joes milking the club for all their worth. The club is paying out £340,000 too much EACH WEEK. £211,000 excluding Piroe money.

Fisher, Fulton, Naughton, Pedresen, Ntoe An On Allen, Walsh, Yates, Kukharevych, Broome (10 players) Moving these on can half the losses.

Swansea does not need to be developing elite teams players anymore unless it it for a fee

Patterson, Cullen and Cooper O can forget about pay rises. Abdullai must play.

The time for Evan Watts Josh Thomas, Lissah, Cotterill, Congreve, Lloyd Govea, Parker is now.

With these loses all hangers on must go except Trundle.

So despite al the cut backs, the savings on wages, we are still losing quite a bit of money and need player sales to even that out.

Piroe's 12 million will help but we don't have any big ticket players to sell this year so our losses mount.

it's not just Swansea in this position, most clubs are losing money. We all try chasing the teams who come down but they have better players and parachute payments. The Premier league dream has ruined several clubs and that used to be on relegation but now clubs are racking up debts chasing the promotion dream.

I don't know when, I'm no Noatradamus, but if this carries on, one day football surely must implode under the weight of debt.

Trundle is not on a lot at all.

We’ve tried to get rid of Fulton before, nobody could match his wages. So he’s still here and for 2 more years ? I think.

Nor the money from Benda, Brandon Cooper and payments received from Soton for Martin and his backroom staff.

Also money from Iwan Morgan sale.

Ntcham too, around a million. He went in august from Memory. Lati went towards the end of July.
500k. Benda went in August for a million ish.
Southampton have paid half of the compensation, believed around 1.2 million. Not sure if that included the rest who left.
Best we could find on Morgan was he went for a million pounds 🤷🏻‍♂️ plus the usual increments first team etc. but due to his age (under 18) his representatives and fee remain undisclosed.

4.7 million. ish.

Just a matter of time before the shite hits the fan in it, they can't go on topping the coffers up, should have let Woody go last summer if its true that they turned down 10mil for him, that would have helped.

The figures in the latter part of 22/23 would have included both Winter and Coleman's salary as there was overlap.

There is an error in the official statement and the quote.
Coleman claims he started in August 2023 but he was at the club Spring time.
He sent a tweet on a Sunday evening - May 2023 about the speculation surrounding Marsh and Winter.
It should be edited with the correct dates.

Companies House back you up. He became a director on 2nd May 2023. Is this a error on their part or an attempt at more deception.

EDIT
This also backs up the date he became Chairman.

I think he is arguing that he had no role in the July 22-23 figures because the budget was set by Mr Winter not him and he stuck with the budget hand he was given.

Next season should be better with the £4.5 M for some payer more Martin Compo increased TV venue and hopefully EPL share payments as well as Piroe money..The club has had a £1m a month loss for thd last 5 seasons roughly .

The younger fellows are on lower money so must play replacing highly paid non performing veterans.
