Many players leave because they do not like the manager. Leon Britton for example who did not get on with Sousa. It makes no sense to sign a long term deal for a manager and then undermine him. if the player undermines the manager with the intent of constructively getting him sacked then the player should not be at Swansea. Grims is also captain.

I remember well being told (by the horses mouth) the names of the swans players who went to the chairman at the time complaining that Laudrup didn’t know what he was doing.
