Just watched City, just score the winner and couldn't help but notice how much better it sounded without awful goal celebration music. How do we go about getting rid of our cringy goal music? Is the announcer at the Liberty accountable at all? Polls on here have highlighted the vast majority of fans don't want it. Surely the trust can do something which is simple to stop the music and improve the match day experience. It makes us look so small time for a global brand, which we are now |

As the poll indicated the vast majority of fans didnt want it, just wondering, if anyone from the Trust/club has raised the issue with the PA announcer? I know there was a debate on here regarding how big or small the issue was. However regardless of this the overwhelming majority dont want it and it is simple to rectify and costs nothing. Also has the PA been invited to the next trust Q&A? To answer why he is spoiling the atmosphere with this and other choices of music at the wrong times. |
| Forum Thread | No Goal Celebration Music Saturday Please at 01:31 27 Sep 2013
We are live to the world this Saturday, lets please not look little league and have this pathetic goal celebration music please! After the thread on here a few weeks ago, it was clear no one wants it, yet the PA played it. after the Liverpool goals, granted I didn't notice it for the first goal! Shouldn't the guy on the PA express the fans views? He's not adding to the atmosphere in any way. Doesn't the trust have any power to address this? I remember the delight in working with Stadco to get ketchup stations installed. To me this is a much bigger issue to resolve [Post edited 27 Sep 2013 1:32]

| Forum Thread | Trust Meeting-Goal Celebration Music at 15:49 7 Sep 2013
As I'm bored with no Swans game, its the interval with Glammy and I have no interest in the Welsh national football team whatsoever and therefore don't feel the need to discuss their latest defeat. I thought I'd bring up something which has been annoying me for ages. Unable to attend the next trust meeting. Anyway's can this be discussed in anyway? Or could a poll be drawn up on this site perhaps whether we keep the music after we score or ditch it. I have yet to meet anyone who wants to keep it. The music has nothing to do with our club and is embarrassing and a sell out. Its much better when we score away from home, i.e. West Brom last week when there is no music at all. Anyway be interesting to hear peoples views. Also whether the trust has any power to implement changes. |
