Obviously alcohol.
I probably drink three times a week, mainly vodka, first few tonight after none since Thursday, but we’ve had countless family and friends here over the last seven weeks which has extended matters.
One bottle of vodka a week, maybe nine days ? Is that too much, probably works out at three per evening over the three nights, sometimes four. ðŸ™ðŸ˜‚

Nowadays the only spirits I deal with are the ghosts from the past.
8 years dry on Nov 3rd.
It nearly killed me.
Nowadays when I feel like a return to the past I drop and do a hundred.

These days I don’t drink a great deal, I can go weeks with out having a drink and then to usually only the one, maybe 2 max. Never drink shorts or shots, only beer.
I’ve worked shifts and weekends for over 30 years and this changed my drinking habits, instead of going out on the weekends I ended up having a tipple in the week. If I got out I’ll have a few, but work can get in the way. |  | | |

Rarely drink these days whereas when I was younger and my student days it was a heavy session Thursday (ritzy) Friday (Central Park) Saturday swans and (Ritzy), Sunday (Central Park), Monday (student night Ritzy) Wednesday (Funk night Barons).

It's weird, but I'm far less prone to hangovers now than I was when I was younger. The last 5-10 years or so I've probably had less than a dozen, and compared to most of the respondents to this thread I'm a comparatively heavy drinker. | |
