Genuine question - from a Trust Member on 23:00 - Nov 10 by TheResurrection

How do we get shot of them?

Is there an official process?

They have no shame in continuing in post.

I'm sorry but this just leaves people thinking very cynically about the people involved, what they knew when the Americans got on board, how much did they know about Cooze and does Jenkins and Co have something hanging over them? The way they covered up the Trust Director's remuneration with some sham new guidance on conflicts of interest and the way they've disappeared from sight, something's not right. There's something up but this is the danger in having the same people on board for all that time. They can get away with whatever they like, they know they'll be voted on every single time.

It's so frustrating.

Definitely something stopping them speaking publicly. It looks more and more suspicious every day.

Absolutely shell shocked.

I though they were going to go big with this statement. Make it clear where they stand. They are an absolute embarrassment. They all need to go.

It just confirms what we already knew.... the trust is nicely cuddled up in bed with the yanks with Jenkins tucking them both in .....

Yep. And also reinforces the belief that they have "something" on the Trust.

Shambles.

Ok

I'm astonished

If that is the official statement from the trust then they all should resign with immediate effect.

All of them.

Now.

That is unacceptable.

Give any monies left In the trust to Maggies and McMillan.

Not fit for purpose.

We need to seriously up the ante then ,as Ive suggested before.

There is complacency and duplicity and fans are held in complete contempt.

The trust should be Leading the fans not turning on them

Course they do, the supporters director knew about the sale, I have no doubt.

It isn't f4cking hard it it. The next time we are live on TV the Trust could ask supporters to get behind them and show their support against the current regime by not entering the ground for 10 minutes. This is non violent and on entering the ground everyone gets right behind the team. It would be massive and will get world wide coverage. Unfortunately for some reason they seem unwilling to rock the boat.

On this occasion will the Trust accept the advice of their legal team thrashing out this deal with the club???

Monk, coupled with the sellouts did it for me a while ago, mate. The money and backstabbing has killed it.

Season ticket in the bin & no interest in entering the ground anymore.

I'll still watch a snide link and look out for the results but I'm not far off done here 😟

Perhaps a member of the Trust Board will stand down and Stephen Handley can be voted in?

It's not good. The real supporters are truly being f4cked over. We were such a good model for other clubs and that made me so proud after the crap we went through during the 80s/90s. This club is just rotten to the core. Ifeel for the good players that we have because ultimately it affects their careers but most of all it's the fans that are seriously buing taken for a ride.It must be so much easier to take with millions in the bank.

Any chance the trust explaining why at this time when there is so much unrest, they thought a bland statement like that would suffice?

Just read that load of politically correct crap. Very disappointed.

Edit: Is this some kind of wind up ? I can't find a link to the statement and have had a couple too many Gwatkins ciders so fair play if a wind up. Time to get some shut eye.

So to answer my original question in this thread (which wasn't answered...) I take it the silence in the response means our 20% shareholding 'interest' brought zero actual influence to bear on whether to keep Clement on or not.

I can't find a shakes head emoji...

Now co-opting him, which they can do - would be a hell of a powerful statement, agree with him or not. Unlike that shit from last night that I am still fuming about. But they should all stand down. Either because they want a radically different approach and lost the argument (which I would bet at least one or two are seriously pissed off about), or because they are spineless minges.
