Question for the Trust to answer please 20:49 - Dec 18 with 19064 views_

Bulk Vending received £90k+ in the last set of accounts, that's Leigh Dineens company. This is on top of his salary.

Can you explain what Bulk Vending are exactly invoicing the club for?

Can you find this out by Monday 22nd December by any chance?

Exactly.

The Trust people,

If we are concerned about how payments are made to companies owned by Directors because perhaps this may have an effect on matters that concern the fan base at large....ticket prices, stadium development, mascot costs, the cost of merchandise etc etc what rights have we got as a major shareholder to scrutinise this?

This is not their money to be playing around with, they have not earned these millions directly so therefore have a responsibility to account for everything. We all had a job in getting to the Premier League, the Directors in appointing the managers, the gamble on the loan from Morgan in the January before, the players and us the fans who dig deep and shouted and screamed us over the line 3 and a half years ago.

We technically have a say on 21% of that money that comes in from the Premier League and I understand we have appointed a board and chairman to make decisions but in light of recent very worrying revelations, I would like to see more transparency in what exactly the Directors are doing with the many many millions.

I for one once had a hot chocolate from one of the concourse outlet which was basically a vending machine plastic cup effort...totally rip off at around £2 a pop chaps! Never again!

Sadly no longer in The Salisbury embracing Premier League football!

The hot drinks most likely come from Kraft Foods. All the sweets and crisps would have come from Mars / Cadbury and Walkers. Pretty sure the club wouldn't deal direct with these companies and have used a 3rd party to bring them in

Sugar sachets, ketchup sachets, bottles of water, lucozade etc all have to come from somewhere. These will have to be bought wholesale rather than having youth players getting lost in Asda getting the stocks replenished. So the club either opens an account with a delivered wholesaler like Palmer and Harvey or 3663 or they pay somebody to go to Bookers to get their goods on a full time basis

one small point that actually makes a lot of difference in practice is that we don't have a say over 21% of the money. Instead we have a 21% say over all the money.

That may sound like semantics, but if you think about it, it makes quite a difference in exactly what the Trust can and can't do.

Have no idea sorry. I'm just surmising like everyone else on here. His company would no doubt have the goods available to supply the club. Unless of course the food stands in the concourse are outsourced to other food suppliers
