Could it be that a reason for the Senedd's over-zealous transport and climate change policies has come to light?

Wouldn't be missed by many I suspect.

I love the hyperbole,

This week the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres was on the Pacific islands talking about the impact sea level rises will have on those small nations. Speaking from Tonga he said: “This is a crazy situation. Rising seas are a crisis entirely of humanity’s making, a crisis that will soon swell to an almost unimaginable scale, with no lifeboat to take us back to safety. But if we save the Pacific, we also save ourselves.”

Entirely of humanity's making eh, because sea levels have never been higher than they are riight now, way back before humans? Admittedly tha last time it was much higher today was 130,000 years ago but ALL humanity's fault, not back then it wasn't.
Sea levels have been rlatively stable for around 6500 years although the current levels are about 130 metres hgher than the historica minimum.

I don't doubt humanity is having an effect but it is minimal, most of what is happening is the natural course of the planets eco systems. Seas rise and fall, animals appear and become extinct, weather stabilises and then becomes extreme, we have warm periods and ice ages. Why is humanity so arrogant that we think we can control the planet?

PS, this is why we bought a house ona big hill, just in case!

PPS, sod the Senedd.

It's worth taking a look at what they've tried to do with something called TAN 15.

They can't change the science so they try to change the rules.
