The players are 100% to blame. I think it was the 4th goal scored by Oxford’s No7, his run from the half way line to pick up the pass, the entire move embodied everything we’re not. It’s nothing to do with coaching or management it’s on the players. Absolutely fuming at this team!
The problem GA has he’s likely to fail as others have before him, only he’ll do so trying to play an ugly style of football.
I feel he’s in an impossible situation and I would not hold it against him if he walked away.
The game plan is to knock it aimlessly behind their full backs for Chair or Wilock to run onto and hope they pick up the second ball. That is seriously it.

I said last season when Gareth took over, that this team was crap, didnt want to play for the shirt etc, etc, and this season, unless a 'miracle on the Hudson' type miracle happens, we aint going to go far with this bunch of also rans.
Strong words i know, but no one that is in the team can kick ass! why? because nobody really cares..... and i mean nobody...... last season a player remonstrated with the crowd, and went all 'social' to tell the world what a great guy he was, and how he was trying etc...... look how that worked out.
G.A. is on a hiding to nothing and i cannot see the (apologies if your triggered by this) 'Cancer' going unless we off load literally everyone in that team.

It's grim alright and gets worse as the evening progresses. Ossie Kakay had, I guess, his worst ever game for us but at least blimmin' well tries. Richards ? is this bloke serious ? I think our only hope reposes in selling Chair this week for a decent fee and belatedly signing a few journeymen. Trouble is, clubs don't seem to be falling over themselves for his signature. I think I'll go to bed before I get any more ratty.

Its a pretty low bar to start with mate.
Keaper wise, i'd say yes........ the rest i'm struggling.
However, does Gareth have the money to spend? do decent working players want to come to Rangers? or are we seen as an easy way to feign an injury and cop off work with pay for 6 months.

Sounds like Ossie had a nightmare, Richards pulled out of a challenge for the first goal - think it was the first anyway.
I know they were all shit, but don't just want to automatically assume that Dozzell was completely anonymous, Willock didn't give a shit etc (Will be very surprised if that's not the case like).

You couldn't really excuse anybody mate, but the most disappointing/alarming thing was just how poor, ineffective and disinterested the supposed big hitters in the team were.
