Connor Wickham is being linked with a move from Palace this window. Now he would have been a good signing, even if only on loan. A big lad but also a good footballer. Easily as good as Oli, if not better, but his career got stalled through injury and not being quite ready for the PL after a move when he was quite young. Although maybe wages would have been prohibitive. Bristol linked I think.
