Just thinking the promotion of the season tickets hasn't really been up to much has it? Not compared to last year. I'd be screaming from the rooftops that you can get a ticket for £150, kids for £10 or £50 age dependant.

Seen the tweet we've sold 1000 means if we're lucky it's 1500 renewing that want there current seat.

tbh i welcome the low key approach this time round. Everyone who bought a ST last year will have received a renewal letter, and if you weren't up for it then i doubt you'd be massively enthused now, so imo screaming from the rooftops would be a wasted effort. Besides which, "we just about scraped through to remain in L1" would be a different message from the one the club were able to put out this time last year!

Marketing has improved. Our crowds very much depend on what we're doing on the pitch, and despite the best ever ST sales in 2017/18 our average gate was down, for obvious reasons. We're still averaging around the 3500 mark though, and the club are probably realistic enough to know that that ain't going to improve significantly unless we're pushing consistently for a top six finish

Poll: What are you planning to do v Newport

If that's the case I just hope the off the field revenue increases enough to cover the apparent 30% increase in wage budget. The transfer money won't last forever. ☹️

Poll: What are we more excited for?

It isn’t apparent it is fact. It came from Dunphy’s mouth.

A lot will be waiting for next weeks pay cheque.

I think we could easily sell another 750 by June 30.

Thats excellent.

Given the expected flurry in the last few days of June before prices rise, its not inconceivable that we'll hit 3,000.

Club just tweeted 1700 STs sold (probably most of those renewing current seats, I would guess). Not a bad knock at all for the first landmark deadline.

June sales = seat restrictions lifted + anyone in Sandy who wanted to delay buying for cash-flow reasons so could be another boost before month end, when early bird discount lifted.

I think it's fair to say that the club has got pricing more or less right this season. I would still have liked to have seen £110 flat rate last season just to see if an unbelievable (Jeff) price would have seen us top 5k, but if this current model works and is sustainable over the longer term, well done RAFC.

Without looking it up i would think that we have around 3000 hardcore supporters who buy season tickets regularly

Flawed logic coming..... So Dale should comfortably sell between 5-6K at the prices being offered

We have to compete with a bigger club across the river but Rochdale have it a lot harder trying to tempt the passing football fan,it's great value for money but I can't see 5-6000 paying upfront for a season ticket

No distinction for OAP's. Everyone over 19 years old is classed as 'adult' .......

Thank you that's what I thought.. do you know how much per game it will cost an oap as the savings of getting a season ticket will be much less for them

It works out at £10.87 per game with a £250 main stand ticket, or £6.52 per game with a £150 Sandy Lane ticket.

That's a considerable saving on the turnstile price.

Remember that from July 1st, all season ticket prices rise by £100

That's fine it was for the pearl street end.. I just wanted to know match day prices and how much a match would be if they bought a season ticket at an adult price which seems unfair
