Exactly LeonisGod, lack of 'foreign' immigrants possibly resulting in suspicion, combined with lots of older British incomers coming to Wales and its thought that older people were mainly 'leave' voters and also a lot of the population in Wales is poor relative to some areas of Blighty and poor areas tended to vote 'leave' also. | |

I think it is fairly obvious what the OP was hinting at, the 21% of the Welsh population born in England. I've seen a hell of a fuss kicked up on here over 3% muslim population in the UK. To be honest, neither bother me all that much, if my old man wasn't one of the 20% of the Welsh population born outside of Wales, I wouldn't be one of the 73% born in Wales, and I feel blessed to have been born in Wales. You don't have to be born in Wales to be Welsh, Welsh is what you feel.
