Agreed but not signed. Either way that looks pretty good. He's our best player.

Wonder what the wages are...

Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore.

He may not be the greatest keeper, but the way he conducted himself in the wake of the Hughes and Cesar thing makes me really pleased for him. He conducted himself with integrity in the face of a public humiliation. Hope he has a great season.

No idea what the contract is but, that aside, I'm pleased for him and us.

Pleased. They hopefully will battle for #1. Advantage Green, but both will be motivated.

That's what I thought, lets hope that his salary has reduced dramatically.

Stability is key and a keeper is only as good as the defence in front of him. I'm glad we've picked the sensible option, it'll fortify that good dressing room atmopshere too

Slightly ambivalent towards this, as I feel he's not good enough for the prem. Doesn't control and command his area enough, his footwork seems inadequate, and his confidence is brittle. On the other hand, he had a great season, and his performance should be rewarded. I just hope he's still not on £50k +

Nonetheless, we need to be looking at a long term replacement for Green in the near future, and look to sign an understudy, with the potential and ability to be no.1 at Loftus Road for years to come within the next 12 months.

I am hoping this is a year for this coming season and a 2nd year to support a younger keeper to replace him.

Fine.

All players that we wanted to sign contract extensions have, we can bring in 5/6 new players and we are set for battle

The second year will be worth it if it helps his confidence going into this season.

And of course the Cesar situation has got to be handled fairly. I've nothing against them competing for their place, other than the spectacular cost of it all.

We have had posts saying the Championship team should be given a chance and then there's this post having doubts about Green resigning. Not criticising either posts but just shows how difficult it is for the club to please everybody

Karl Darlow from Forest would be a good number 2, to take over from Green eventually.

Needs to have pressure on him, got away with quite a bit at championship level that would have been punished at premiership level especially regarding his distribution
