| Forum Thread | QPR in 5 years time - How can we save our club at 17:11 10 Feb 2013
You're often asked this in interviews. As fans, where do you see us in 5 years time, and what can be done to save this club. Many are still blinded to the fact that the club are in an absolute state, as we have an affable chairmen. We urgently need 'footballing' men as well as commercial men at board level or this mockery will continue. Further to this, we are in desperate need of a guiding principle, some sort of philosophy that directs and underpins the club. At the moment, we simply throw money at a problem, rather than exploring novel options such as coaching to improve our current crop of players. |
| Forum Thread | 50 players since promotion at 16:08 2 Feb 2013
That's the number of players we've used since we quickly abandoned our championship squad. Absolute disgrace, and no wonder why we have no team spirit, or pattern of play. When are we going to start coaching these players to improve. I, like others, love Mackie's effort, but his touch and finishing are poor and have not improved since he signed. 50 players used, same old deficiencies. The more things change, the more things stay the same... |
| Forum Thread | Goals from midfield - The Zamora affect at 13:05 12 Apr 2012
This is something we have been lacking all season, and the signing of Zamora has massively helped bringing our midfield into play, and start banging goals in. Zamora's contribution is often understated, but his physical presence unsettled Arsenal, and Swansea last night. Strong, and can play with his back to goal. Looked to be linking up well with Cisse. Will be interesting to see if Cisse gets straight back into the team against Spurs? Thoughts on Zamora's impact thus far? |
| Forum Thread | Alex signs.... at 11:00 18 Jan 2012
According to Ric Roc, a reliable in the know from WATRB. Hope this is true, and opens the floodgates for more to follow. Thoughts? Will we continue our pursuit of Samba, and Onuoha? Will we raid Blackburn for anyone else? Back in for Pienaar? |
| Forum Thread | Contact Neil at 15:51 11 Jan 2012
We often say that we are a community club, lets act like it. As QPR fans, I think the least we can do is drop Neil a line of appreciation for what he has achieved in remarkably difficult conditions. Feel free to post anything you write to Neil in this thread, would make interesting reading. From Amit on Twitter.... Amit_Bhatia99 Also had a very pleasant albeit sad lunch w/ NW. Expressed everyone's desire to send him their best so please send to neil.warnock@qpr.co.uk |
