Not many know the truth about what happened - but many want to speak about it
I was not happy about Grant playing up to get an advantage. I was even less happy when he continued to wink towards me - apparently thinking this is what I had paid to see. I explained I did not like it and he continued to wink and appeared to encourage some of the other Rochdale fans to take it on themselves to have a go at me.
I was thrown to the floor and taken by yellowcoats away. I was not happy about this (I had not done anything) and forced away. Following assessment for head injury, and a cup of tea, I was taken back into the arena (I asked to be escorted back as I had been attacked earlier).
If people want to claim otherwise so be it.

seems that way ,i wont hide behind anything i say .The abuse my family got at stevenage was poor and it was the stewards who told me to sit down or be ejected was the final straw .Nearly got involved in saturdays scuffle but thought sod it ,the wife was ill and i had things to do today so didnt really want to get arrested so thought watch the match.If i could work out how to post my pic i would do ,Col can you post a pic of me if you see this post so its out there. |

The one thing that will come out of this whole episode is that the family of 4 that were right in the middle of it were mightily upset ,the little girl had to be taken away from the game inconsoleable.I hope this doesnt damage her to the extent she doesnt want to go to games again,Ricardo on the day when he came back in said it was all on cctv and is going to be dealt with so i wont make any comment unless its to the police. |
Doris,fortunately my daughters have been to enough football matches than to be put off by the odd idiot.
My youngest was worried that i would be carted away hence the upset.....after a few minutes stood the other end with her mother she was ok and we all stood together second half.My two older daughters were just totally bemused by the whole situation...
What i think of the idiot who caused my daughters upset is something i would rather not post on here....
I have no problem identifying myself im the one with a Midlands accent and usually three daughters in tow

He didn't get anyone red carded.
Watch the highlights, Midson got himself sent off and his reactions tell the story. His manager said so too. You can carry on debating everything outside of this, but the incident on the pitch did not include Bobby Grant getting someone red carded. | |

To be fair Ricardo your posts asking for posters to introduce themselves to you could be considered as veiled threats, it's all so easy to do that from behind a keyboard, and now that some have offered to take you up on your asked for introductions you seem to be backing away from them....It's the curse of the keyboard warriors. | |
