I usually do not get vexed at football managers leaving but Williams's car crash interviews have angered me. I wounder if they have angered Coleman and h the clubs new backers. They had have dough and can put him of gardening leave, letting him earn a reputation for being "trouble".

I was thinking this myself. I’d far rather he be put on gardening leave and get the well deserved stigma that comes with it than paid off and able to walk straight into another job as if he hadn’t just screwed up our season and potentially cost us one of our most important players.

We need someone better in Williams is bang average. But worse than that he thinks he can take everyone for fools.

Cooper is on gardening leave from Leicester, if he accepts a job his pay stops, we did it with him here before Forest paid the required fee. In my opinion it's the way to go with Williams, West Brom pay or he stays in limbo, yes we pay his salary but his career is over until he finds someone to buy him out. Plus we don't pay a lump sum to pay him off.

Yes that's the way I would go. Will need a big garden though who is going to pay compensation to us after the way he has conducted himself. And it's not like he has achieved anything either. [Post edited 3 Jan 11:14]
