Hard one to call, for me anyways. Not sure what sort of team we have here yet, but ever the optimist, one nil to us.

Really would have loved to see Dykes today. Think we'd be a goal up by now, no offense to Bonne.

I know I’m giving a bit too much credit to Bonne, as many of his opportunities have been set up by amos pressing

But Bonne in 60 minutes has been involved in more open play chances Than dykes has been in 4 matches

Getting a little tiring the comms team keep saying that the 2 bookings were not ............well they were and accept it

Really good half. Well played both teams

I think qpr probably go into the second half as slight underdogs... while we’ve been the better team, our aggressive style of play is going to be difficult to sustain and I think that gives Bournemouth a slight edge

Well done amos bright kakay ball and Cameron

Good half from us. Thought we looked more like the home team than them. Just hope we can keep this up for another 45 minutes and maybe get the goal we deserve.

The balance of this side is wrong. Chair just seems wasted out wide and Amos surely hasn't the skills to be playing in that position.

Can't fault our first half performance, be nice if we can keep that up.

Don't get me started, he even repeated football myth number 571 - 'That was his 1st foul' for the Kakay one - so you get one free hit to do what you want then? Erm no you don't!

Anyway back to the football - think we have been excellent - general expectation this morning was a heavy defeat with most happy with the draw - which I still would be btw! - but we have been the better team with 2or 3 good chances v their 1.

Lets hope we can keep it up for the 2nd half.

Think we just squeezed that half simply on chances created and unluckily not in front
Bournemouth were taken a little by surprise I think and the 2nd half may be a little tougher on us
Pity we never scored but Begovic was class with his presence
Defence though looks good again can't say that too often recently
Ball & Cameron looked good holding and Amos had a great half
Chair never in it really and as a poster put I thought Bonne looked far sharper and more dangerous than Dykes has been in 4 matches

are we watching the same match? Chair hasn’t been great today, sure

But Amos has been absolutely brilliant today..... both defensively where he has literally been Ngolo kante (except winning the ball rly high up the pitch) but also going forward where he’s linked up play and even set up our best chance w a beautiful weighted ball to Bonne

I am usually on here bashing Amos,... but to do it today is just incredibly incredibly unfair

Amos has done well though. Was certain he’d pick the wrong option but played in Bonne who had to score and has defended from the front in a way Chair can’t. I don’t normally buy into the idea he offers anything in this position but think it’s the first time I can see the logic, probably helped by Bournemouth looking half asleep.

Very encouraging considering our new boys are still to come. Amos showing what he's capable of but he should have lashed in the chance he overplayed to Bonne. Dickie imperious as noted.

Chair only keeping Willock's place warm at the moment unfortunately. We'll look a better side for reducing the slightly monotonous reliance on the BOS outball and hold up.

Hoping Solanke's shot across the bows off a nothing punt wasn't a premonition.

Yeah, Amos has had his best half for ages. The odd poor first touch, but he’s won the ball back a lot in dangerous places and should have an assist for a goal.

We’ve undoubtedly been the better team and had a good half all over the pitch, although I’d like to see more end product from Chair. He’s had the chance to put a dangerous ball in a couple of times or take a shot and failed.

My concern is every single game this season we have been terrible for the first 20 after the break.

It’s as if we get complacent and oppo change a couple of things to negate us and we are suddenly all at sea. Hopefully not today!
