Gary O'Neil and his opinion on the Refereeing Standards in this Country

Now I know this is one of North's big gripes about football in this country and the sheer ineptitude of referees in this country. I watch lots of football and see how VAR operates in Spain Italy and Germany and it actually works reasonably well(Though I dislike it because it removes the sheer joy of a goal for your team). Now North thinks its a question of lack of funding but I wonder if it doesn't go a bit deeper than that with a significant part of society in this country has no respect for figures of authority. Watched a programme where they were talking about shoplifting and that some thieves now turn up with a wheelie bin and just load up with meat and walk out because they have no fear of being arrested.
Thoughts ?

Thanks to their being no Trains back from Preston(Can actually get there just no way home) and not being prompt enough to purchase a Coach Ticket does anyone know of anywhere I can stream this game. Being in the UK unfortunately cannot purchase via either club.

See thanks to public pressure and their main sponsor withdrawing the board have issued a statement saying he won't be playing for the club. So where as fans do we draw a line on who we would want wearing the shirt. This footballer has not actually been convicted in a criminal court even though he was found guilty of the charge of rape in a civil court.
