My bumper all things Oldham thread. 22:48 - Feb 28 with 11888 viewsanotherbiffo

Hi, 'Dale fans!

Thought I'd start this thread for you as there are an embarrassing number of biffo related topics on this board (for a club who don't care a jot about us!).
Just stick it all in this one thread and you'll look far less obsessed.

You're welcome.

if we were supported by mentally challenged fans then surely you would support us.

You mean like those who bought tickets for the home end at Spotland in November?

Wonder how many Oldham games they've been to since?

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

when you say bought tickets do you mean paid on the gate??? the game was pay on the day which is a big factor in why there were away fans in the home end, had it been all ticket then im sure it would have been prevented. I genuinely cant see how you think your club is blameless in all this.

Pretty much in the same way that failing to stop Hitler invading the Sudetanland made us responsible for World War 2

So Winston Bogarde is favourite to be appointed manager at Blundery Park. I bet he doesn't know where Oldham is.

New stand is coming along great, it is fully funded as confirmed by our chairman on radio manchester the other night so you daleys can stop worrying about where we are going to get our money from. Can't blame corney for wanting to take his time with the new manager but he has confirmed he is set to speak to Iain dowie this week. It's not too bad for us at the moment.

Cos Dowies been a roaring success recently, good forward thinking chairman, no wonder he wants out! Why didnt you come on here after your home game at the weekend you've been surprisingly quiet?

Yes, the game should have been all-ticket, but it wasn't.

However, those Oldham 'fans' without tickets shouldn't have paid into the 'Home Fans Only' areas as those are sort of the rules of football grounds.

Once they did, some of them should have kept their heads down instead of inciting bother.

Had it been all ticket, those Oldham 'fans' without a ticket would have still come to Spotland in advance of the game and bought a ticket for the home end because that's how their minds work.

You can tell them the next time they go to one of your games. It will probably be at Spotland next season.

Perhaps you could give us that little covered standing terrace behind the goal as well next time so we can all fit in?

Against Health & Safety rules.

After taking one look at your lot, there's not one of you looks capable of standing up for 90+ minutes.

"We"? All your regular loyal fans turn up at Spotland do they?

If that's the case and you're saying everyone there that day, including those who caused trouble, are proper fans who go regularly, then please return with evidence and we'll consider your request. You could label any document which contains such evidence with the title: CONFIRMATION THAT IDIOTS FOLLOW OUR FOOTBALL CLUB.

Nah, the away stand will be sufficient next time, just like it was in March 2012.

The sad thing about next season is that Wigan Athletic will be bigger rivals than these Biffos to us they'll just be that club full of lunatics that nobody cares about on their forum they even say the new manager could possibly be female just to be controversial

I wouldn't rule anything out their one desperate little club

You've lost me Taz. I thought we were discussing how Wigan won't be our rivals next season.

Besides, they won again last night, so they might yet stay up.
