Noticed that BBC, Wales Online, Evening Post, etc. have all been calling him 'Swansea City's Jonathan de Guzman' when they write about his fitness battle for the game against Spain.
Is that because his loan officially ends on July 1st or something? |

Call me a "chronic worrier", but you won't find me saying safety is assured until it actually is. Not inconceivable that we could lose our next 3 games.
I don't think we will, but I think it's really important that the atmosphere generated during the Villa game reflects how vital it is that we continue to get positive results that help us to get over that mathematical finishing line.
How many times have we thought we've done enough to be safe already this season? It ain't over til it's over. |

Doesn't seem to have set the world alight in the Championship and I think I'm right in thinking has never played under Laudrup (although maybe made the bench last season)?
Time to sell/release him and get him off the wage bill? Or is there a good reason to keep hold of players like this and send them out on loan?
Could be a case for playing him against Birmingham/Bristol/Crawley but would rather see Vasquez or Donnelly given a chance for a confidence-boosting goal there personally. |

Just to clear up the confusion, I'm not condoning booing. Just wanted to get people's opinions on those who do, and maybe an opinion from someone who might be inclined to boo. I just don't understand it myself, but some might say it's their right as they've bought a ticket. Can genuinely see some fans booing on Sunday if we lose, based on what I've read on social media this past week. [Post edited 9 Nov 2013 11:45]

Just found this image from 1980(?) online, can anyone shed any light as to what happened with this scheme, and why the expansion didn't go ahead? (I wasn't born until 1987).
