Liberty Stadium SWANSEA Thursday 12th November 2020 7.45pm KO ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó ¿ 🇺🇸 Welcome to the Matchday thread for the friendly at the Liberty stadium, Swansea. The game will be played as a warm up to another warm up game for the USA who are also called the USMNT which is short for ‘United States Might Not Travel’ or ‘United States Maybe Not Trump’ Either way it beats a suggestion that some American guy once said before the 1994 World Cup to then Arsenal manager George Graham, ‘Looking forward to seeing Arsenal in next years cup trophy’ Americans don’t play football, they play soccer, and they have soccer moms, which means the mom of the child takes them and their friends to sporting activities. The child gets safe travel, the mom thinks she’s working and the male friends are busy trying to work out why they can’t take their eyes off the soccer moms, well, you know, her whatever you like. I’m at a loss since Greg Thingy at the FA threw a few words about the other day what to say as a description. Of course these days in the USA these children can be non binary, female, male, an animal or even a space. Whatever they are they still get an immense feeling in the nether regions not dissimilar to a rocket flying out of their tiny spouts when a soccer mom appears. It’s a natural reaction that has gone on since god invented grass and possibly Michu.
The last time these two sides met was in 2003 in San something, a place in the Rockies near New York. The USA USA USA USA USA won 2-0 against an experimental Wales side.We use that term now as it’s something followers of England say a lot, all the time. The most capped USA player is Cobi Jones with 164 caps, he can’t fit all of them on his head at once but he is often found walking round his home town of Whitby balancing at least nine but no more than twelve on his head. The people of Whitby have often remarked ‘ That Cobi Jones eh ? isn’t his head small ? ’ Cobi is the son of Dave Jones from The Monkees, hey hey that name is a bit dodgy boys, you’ve got some democratic explaining to do.
This is the flag of the USA USA USA USA USA.
The stripes in the flag are referred to as stripes, and the stars are referred to as stars. Hence the name Stars and Stripes. The flag was invented by a woman called Betsy Ross, little is known about her other than her great grandson Jonathon never met her. This latest design was done by a lad called Bob Heft when he was a mere seventeen years of age. His teacher gave him a B- for the design. His teachers name was Pratt. The latest flag has fifty stars on it depicting the fifty states of the USA USA USA USA. The U.K. has an application on Donald Trumps desk in the Whitehouse ( is that appropriate? ) to become fifty one.
The picture above is of Donald Trump, president elect to the USA 2024. In this photo he is inspecting his sick bag after flying in to Cuba on Airforce Thunderbirds Six.
Although it’s obvious also In this photo he is about to start singing an old American classic song ‘ Bringing in the Sheep’ which Americans believe is the Welsh national anthem. You can imagine their surprise when Swansea Independent informed them it was actually a song about a sadly now departed chap called Eddie May and his sexually mobile and forward thinking wife Mabel.
There will of course be more on this very important game that nobody cares about, not much anyway, maybe only a little, on Wednesday.
This may include some informative information informing you of some football.
Highlights. If you have trouble sleeping, watch this tonight.

Looks awful
A company up my neck of the woods were involved in the pitch maintenance for many years. Their contract was not renewed in July.
Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

So they should with about 17 times the population. They should be winning world cups with the population they have but always cock it up. Over rated.
You can't use the population argument when the Welsh national team regularly selects English footballers eligible due to a Welsh parent or grandparent. The Welsh national team isn't restricted solely to those living here.
That's very fortunate too, as most leave at the first opportunity. Bale left to play in England at the age of 9. Giggs moved to England when 6. Even John Charles was gone before his 18th birthday.

Remind me again, what is Englands excuse for their constant failures ?

I hope this is not another cost cutting exercise as this could come back to bite us on the ass. Patches are appearing all over the pitch and not particularly in the 6 yard boxes. Suggests a bigger issue than the usual wear and tear. We have had a longer close season and few matches have been played. Once the Ospreys get really stuck in we could be right up Schitt's Creek!

Where does he gey 17 times from.? Wales 3,5m USA 360m x 100 more likely.
They are giving Cymru a lesson in passing, ball control and high press. .
...and that's about it. Tom Lawrence looks a real player 1 in 10 games and today was not one of those. Him and Wilson was like being a man short all game.

Looks like we've cut back on the lamps (money saving!). But given some of the hoofing we're seeing the grass doesn't really need to be in tip top condition. As for the game, hugely important to show how poor some of the Wales players really are ... Wilson, Morrell, Johnason, Lawrence (both), Gunter, Smith, Matondo, Ward and Moore we shocking. I noticed Roberts was letting a few know he wasn't happy.

Yes lots of them aren’t good enough to play international football
Ward especially is crap , there’s a reason he’s hardly played any first team football in his career
Only an idiot would eat a turkey curry on Christmas day
